Need a replacement pressure transducer?
A stopped line is enough pressure. Finding the right sensor shouldn’t add to it.

Change the sensor.
Keep your standards.
You need confidence in the reading, the fit, and the people behind the part. We focus on those requirements when identifying your replacement.
NoNonSensors transducers are checked before shipping. For a new supplier qualification, your engineering team can also explore validation in your own process.

What we match before you order
Mechanical fit
Process thread, seating geometry, rigid or flexible stem, insertion length, and installation clearance.
Electrical compatibility
Output signal, connector, wiring, and the requirements of your existing instrument or PLC.
Performance in your process
Pressure range, accuracy requirements, operating temperature, and any model-specific approvals your application needs.
You don’t have to
figure it out alone.
Whether your line is down, readings are unreliable, or your usual part is hard to find, we’ll help you work out the next step. Start with what you know. We’ll help with the details.

Show us what you have.
Share the part number or a label photo. If production is stopped, tell us in your request—or call to talk through it.
- 02
We work through the fit.
We review your mechanical, electrical, and process requirements, and follow up on anything that needs clarification.

Know your next step.
Review the proposed replacement and current availability with our team. If your application needs a custom configuration, we’ll discuss that too.
A few answers
before you ask.
Replacing a sensor is a technical decision. Clear answers help you make it with confidence.
Explore melt pressure transducers Discuss a custom configuration How to identify a replacement sensorCan you replace my Gefran or Dynisco pressure transducer?
We help cross-reference Gefran and Dynisco melt pressure transducers and transmitters, along with other major brands. Send the complete part number or a clear label photo. We’ll review the configuration and identify a suitable NNS replacement, with any differences explained before you order.
What if I have a different brand or an older sensor?
Send it over. Our cross-reference coverage includes GP:50, Gneuss, ECHO, and older Gentrans models. If your brand or model is not listed, we can review its specifications and discuss standard or custom options. Compatibility is confirmed for the individual sensor and application.
Will I need to change my wiring or process connection?
We look for a replacement that works with your existing installation. The connector alone does not establish compatibility: the output, wiring, pressure range, process connection, and stem dimensions must also be checked. We’ll help establish the fit before recommending a part.
How quickly can I get a replacement?
Tell us if your line is down and when you need the sensor. We’ll check the required configuration and current availability, then discuss shipping options. Timing depends on the confirmed model and stock; custom configurations may need additional lead time.
What if the label is damaged or the part number is missing?
Start with photos of the sensor, any readable label information, the connector, and the process connection. Add the pressure range or output if you know it. Upload one useful photo here; our team can follow up for additional details.
Can my engineering team validate a new brand first?
Yes. First-time customers can discuss a qualification order and the New Sensor Validation program with our team. It is a practical way to evaluate a replacement in your own process before making a wider change.
Let’s take the uncertainty
out of your next step.
Send the part number. Tell us what’s happening. Start with a real conversation.
